Developed a comprehensive market entry strategy for an EdTech startup launching online learning products across three Nigerian cities.

Brightpath Academy had developed an innovative online learning platform targeting secondary school students in Nigeria but was uncertain how to structure their go-to-market approach in a complex and geographically diverse market.

Asoverse conducted extensive market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery interviews. We developed a phased market entry strategy beginning with Abuja before expanding to Lagos and Port Harcourt. Within 8 months of launch, Brightpath had enrolled 3,200 students and was on track to break even ahead of their original projections.
